Catalin’s place is perfectly located for anyone wanting to explore Bucharest by foot and find good coffee shops (like Artichoke) and great places for food and cocktails (paine si vin). The place is comfy and super clean and we felt at home for the two nights we had there. Catalin is a really good host, as we arrived by train and were late on our original check-in time he could arrange another check-in easily. Same thing for the check-out, everything was easy! I think it’s a good bargain. Special note for the two balconies that offer a sight for street-watching and sights on the roofs of bucharest. The place is still quiet enough to get a good night of sleep.

The place is located in an excellent location for tourists, and the apartment is private and cozy. The heating is excellent, and the facilities are comfortable. The owner responded immediately and was very helpful and kind. He helped us with several things and found good solutions to any issue we had.

Stayed about a week. This apartment exceeded our expectations! It's sparkling clean and decorated with all the amenities needed to make it feel like your home away from home. Perfect location (the best restaurants and museums are within walking distance) with great communication and support from the host. We stayed for one week and although the apartment is close to the busiest neighbourhood in Bucharest, we enjoyed a very good sleep every night and did not hear any noise from the street. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose this apartment for future stays, if available. Great experience. We will surely get back next year.

With no doubt, you won’t find a better deal. The location is perfect in the center of Bucharest. And the balcony view is breathtaking. Everything is just few minutes walk and accessing the apartment is easy which would make your stay comfortable. You might pass by the place few times a day if you’re walking around the city.

As always, our stay at Catalin’s absolutely lovely apartment exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail, including style and any amenity you could possibly need, is truly commendable. The apartment itself is located right in the center of Old Town, Bucharest, with a wonderful view of one of Romania’s historic buildings. You are in walking distance of literally anything you might need: food, banks, mini markets, and although you can hear the bustling of the city outside, the awesome soundproof doors allow for a good night’s sleep. Plus, Catalin responds without hesitation every time. We definitely recommend staying at this apartment and will be back next year!
