Rental Apartments SRL offers short-term rental accommodation in fully furnished apartments and studios located in Bucharest, Romania.

All properties are presented as accurately as possible through descriptions and images. Minor differences may occur.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website or via direct communication.
• A reservation is confirmed only after payment confirmation.
• Payment terms (full or partial) will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• By completing a booking, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: As communicated at booking (typically after 03:00 PM unless agreed otherwise)
• Check-out: As communicated at booking (typically before 11:00 AM unless agreed otherwise)

Guests must follow the provided check-in instructions. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By staying in our apartments, guests agree to:

• Respect the property and neighbors
• Keep the apartment in good condition
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking
• Not host parties or events unless explicitly approved
• Comply with all applicable Romanian laws

Any damage caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.

6. Security Deposit

We reserve the right to request a security deposit before or at check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Injuries occurring during the stay, except where required by law
• Temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control

Guests use the property at their own risk.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information provided during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania.
