Welcome to RentMyApartments.eu. We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to keep things fair and flexible for both our guests and our business.
1. Free Cancellation
- Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before check-in
- Full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations
2. Partial Refund
- There is no partial refund option. There is only free cancelation up to 5 days before check-in, otherwise the booking is non-refundable.
3. No-Show
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not inform us, the booking is non-refundable
4. Early Departure
- No refunds are provided for unused nights after check-in
5. Date Changes
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability
- We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible
6. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond your control (travel restrictions, emergencies), we aim to be reasonable and may offer:
- Date changes
- Credit for future stays
